Cancellation / Refund Policy

In case of cancellation by the participant after the tuition fee has been paid, the following cancellation conditions shall apply:

• up to 90 days before the beginning of the course – cancellation fee of 30% of the paid amount
• 89–60 days before the beginning of the course – cancellation fee of 50% of the paid amount
• 59–30 days before the beginning of the course – cancellation fee of 70% of the paid amount
• 29–14 days before the beginning of the course – cancellation fee of 85% of the paid amount
• 13 days or less before the beginning of the course – the tuition fee is non-refundable
