ABOUT

Our conducting masterclass offers a unique opportunity to study three major symphonic masterpieces in collaboration with the North Czech Philharmonic Teplice under the guidance of Maestro Norbert Baxa.

In addition to individual lessons with piano accompaniment and numerous rehearsals with the symphony orchestra, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of interpretative approaches, conducting technique, rehearsal strategy, and effective collaboration with a professional symphony orchestra.

The course concludes with a public final rehearsal, providing each participant with the opportunity to present the results of their work during the masterclass and make a professionally produced video recording suitable for a professional portfolio. The repertoire conducted during the final rehearsal is selected individually by each participant from the works studied throughout the masterclass.
