ABOUT

The Opera Studio Programme offers a unique opportunity for singers—advanced students and young professionals—to study and perform complete operatic roles at the highest professional level under the guidance of internationally recognized lecturers.

In addition to ensemble rehearsals and individual vocal coaching, all active participants will take part in extensive rehearsals with the North Czech Philharmonic Teplice, gaining invaluable experience in working with a professional orchestra.

The highlight of the programme is the final concert with orchestra, conducted by participants of the international conducting masterclass, providing an exceptional platform for artistic collaboration between singers and conductors.

REQUIREMENTS

Each candidate is required to prepare the full published programme of the masterclass and to indicate their repertoire preferences, in order of priority, in the application form. The specific repertoire for each candidate will be discussed after a successful application.

APPLICATION

Candidates should fill in online application form, including the specific roles they are applying for. The application must be accompanied by a video recording (minimum length: 5 minutes) of the candidate singing. Both rehearsal and performance recordings are acceptable.

  • Candidates will be informed of admission no later than April 20, 2026.
  • Deadline for payment of 50% of the tuition fee: April 30, 2026.
  • Deadline for payment of the full tuition fee: May 31, 2026.
